Propaganda and guidance for installation of "Phan Thiet - S" application in Phan Thiet city

In order to implement the Project "Building an intelligent urban in Phan
Thiet city, period 2019 - 2025, vision to 2030" and pilot operation of the
IOC Center effectively, Phan Thiet City People's Committee has developed a plan
on propaganda and guidance for the installation of "Phan Thiet - S"
application in the city.
Accordingly, the plan
aims to deploy communication activities to build the Phan Thiet Intelligent
Operation Center, which focuses on propaganda and installation of the Scene
Reflection application "Phan Thiet - S"; building propaganda
publications, instructions for installing and using the "Phan Thiet -
S" application. At the same time, to promote the role and potential of
youth union members, the young generation in carrying out propaganda
activities; towards the goal that 100% of union officials, union members and
young people to install, use and propagate the "Phan Thiet - S"
application to all people in the city. In addition, to exploit and promote potentials
and advantages, to improve the efficiency of using resources, to protect the
environment sustainably; to enhance efficiency of state management and urban
services.
The People's
Committee of Phan Thiet city requires the effective implementation of
propaganda activities on the Intelligent Operation Center of Phan Thiet city in
various practical, effective and economical forms.
Propaganda activities
are carried out in the fourth quarter of 2022 and the first quarter of 2023,
such as: Propaganda on installing and using the "Phan Thiet - S"
application on the city's website, SMS messages, leaflets... Propaganda on the
Intelligent Operation Center, instructions for installing "Phan Thiet - S"
application via Internet channels, social networks Facebook, Zalo ..., Radio
system of Phan Thiet and Radio stations in wards and communes. Developing a
visual instruction video on downloading, installing and using the "Phan
Thiet - S" application. Promoting and propagandizing with loudspeakers,
cheering parades to spread the application "Phan Thiet - S" to the
community.
