Strengthening vocational training and job creation

recent years, the work of vocational training and job creation in the province
has received the attention and participation of the whole political system from
the province to the grassroots, gaining many positive results.
Determining that
increasing job creation will contribute to raising people's incomes, towards
the goal of sustainable poverty reduction, in recent years, the Labor -
Invalids and Social Affairs sector has promoted the connection of the labor
market in order to create jobs for workers who have lost their jobs, cannot
find suitable jobs. According to statistics, by the end of September 30, 2022,
the whole province has created jobs for 20,561 workers, reaching 102.8% of the
year plan (20,561/20,000); in which, loans to create jobs for 5,181 employees,
reaching 370.07% of the year plan (5,181/1,400). By 2022, it is estimated that
22,000 jobs will be created, reaching 110% of the plan (22,000/20,000); in
which, loans to create jobs for 6,000 employees, reaching 428.57% of the plan
(6,000/1,400).
In order to continue
effectively implementing labor, employment and vocational training, the
Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs will strengthen propaganda
work. Timely implementing the Program to support the development of the labor
market until 2030 according to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 176/QD-TTg in
2023; The National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction in 2023;
Program on development of ethnic minorities and mountainous areas in 2023 and
youth development program in 2023 in the field of vocational training and job
creation. Preparing plan and conducting surveys, updating information on labor
supply and demand in 2023.
Promoting the
streamlining of post-secondary students in the career direction. Strengthening
the inspection and examination of law enforcement at vocational education institutions
regarding the contents and curricula, and the use of funds allocated by the state
budget to perform training contracts in accordance with the provisions of the
Law on Education and Training./.
