Phan Thiet to deploy training grassroots military major at advanced diploma and bachelor level for officials of Military Commands of wards and communes

is to train cadres of Military Commands of wards and communes to reach the
advanced diploma and bachelor level on grassroots military major, with solid
political will, absolute loyalty to the ideal goals of the Part. Having the
capacity and professional qualifications equivalent to that of a reserve
officer at the divisional level or higher and an intermediate or higher level
in political theory and state management. Possess the knowledge and skills to
successfully complete assigned responsibilities.
Accordingly, Phan
Thiet strives to have over 80% of military commanders and deputy commanders of
wards and communes qualified with advanced diploma or bachelor degrees in
grassroots military major by 2025.
In order to achieve
the set goals, the People's Committee of Phan Thiet city assigned the Military
Command of the city to chair over and coordinate with the City Department of
Home Affairs, the People's Committees of wards and communes, based on the
target of the Plan No. 8348 dated December 30, 2020 of the People's Committee
of Phan Thiet city on the organization of construction, training and activities
of militia and self-defense forces in the period of 2021 - 2025 and the
following years; guiding the recruitment of annual training and advising the
City People's Committee to direct the recruitment to ensure the targets
assigned by the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Military
Command and in accordance with the needs of staffing and arrangement of personnel
for the Military Commands of wards and communes.
