Bac Binh to strengthen traffic safety

order to ensure traffic safety and prevent traffic accidents caused by
community activities of people using road beds and sidewalks in the area, the
People's Committees of communes and towns in Bac Binh district will strengthen
the propaganda and dissemination of legal regulations on road traffic safety
and order; require organizations and individuals to absolutely not arbitrarily
use sidewalks or roadways in contravention of regulations (such as business
gatherings, trading, illegal markets, etc.) to organize activities that are not
intended for traffic, causing traffic safety disorder. In case of intentional violation,
the People's Committees of communes and townships will handle and take clearance.
Particularly for
cases where the pavement is used to organize community activities of local
people (such as funerals, weddings, interrogations, parties, etc.), it must be obtained
the permission from the authorities with traffic safety plan.
Chairpersons of
People's Committees of communes and townships are responsible to Chairman of
district People's Committees if there is any violation of the laws on the use
of roadbeds, roadsides, sidewalks, leading to traffic accidents.
In addition, the
traffic police force of the district shall increase patrolling, promptly
detecting and handling violations according to regulations. To coordinate with
Bac Binh - Tuy Phong Interdistrict Traffic Inspection Team to regularly inspect
and control National Road 28B, DT roads, district roads, inner city roads to
handle cases of encroachment on corridors along the roads.
