Strengthening the communication and dissemination of law in the field of drugs prevention and control

the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the
implementation of Announcement No. 393-TB/VPTU dated September 27, 2022 of the
Provincial Standing Party Committee on the preliminary conclusion of 03 years
of implementing the Action Program No. 76-CTr/TU dated December 30, 2019 of the
Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee (Term XIII) on the
implementation of Directive No. 36-CT/TW dated August 16, 2019 of the Politburo
(Term XII) on strengthening, improving the effectiveness of drugs prevention
and control; the Department of Justice requires the leaders of the Divisions
and Centers of the Department and the heads of the Justice Division of the
districts, towns and cities to seriously perform the following tasks:
Continuing to lead
and promote the roles and responsibilities, strictly and effectively implement
Decision No. 1355/QD-UBND dated June 15, 2020 of the Chairman of the Provincial
People's Committee on strengthening and improving the effectiveness of drugs prevention
and control.
Promoting the role of
leadership, direction, management and administration to attach the
responsibility of heads of units into the drugs prevention and control;
Propagating and
mobilizing people not to plant trees containing narcotics; organizing
preventive measures to prevent resolutely the re-planting of drug-containing
plants; focusing on directing and strengthening the inspection, supervision,
and guidance on the implementation of drugs prevention and control./.
