Difficulties and challenges in developing social insurance participants

efforts in implementing many synchronous solutions, the proportion of people
participating in social insurance, especially voluntary social insurance, is
still decreasing. This matter poses a huge challenge for the social insurance sector
in the last months of the year.
Recently, localities
in the whole province have promoted the spread of social insurance policies to
attract the participation of more workers. Through propaganda, people have
gradually realized that this is a superior policy to reduce difficulties when
they reach the end of their working age. However, in the first 9 months of
2022, Binh Thuan has only 10,097 people participating in voluntary social
insurance, reaching 38.4% of the plan; decreased 4,889 people compared to the
end of 2021. Thus, the number needed to reach the assigned target in 2022 is
about 16,174 people. This is a big challenge in the last months of the year for
the social insurance sector and the localities.
Faced with such great
difficulties and challenges, the Provincial Social Security is focusing on many
groups of solutions to fulfill the assigned target in 2022, in which focusing
on communication work, especially the form of direct communication.

It can be said that,
in order to develop the participants of social insurance, there is no other way
but to persevere, follow up and propagate. This is the only way to help people
and workers gradually change their awareness and understand that: Social
insurance is the preeminent social security policy of the Party and State,
opening up opportunities to enjoy pensions for all employees at age from 15
years and older organized, protected and supported by the State not for profit.
In particular, the fund is never broken and the sole purpose is for people's
lives./.
