Enhancing the removal of difficulties and obstacles for businesses and investors

order to continuously improve the investment environment and promote the settlement,
quick and timely removal of difficulties and obstacles of enterprises and investors in the process of
production and business activities and project implementation in the province,
the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just requested the
departments, agencies, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to
strengthen the work of removal of difficulties and obstacles for businesses and
investors.
Accordingly, heads of
departments, agencies, chairpersons of People's Committees of districts, towns
and cities according to their assigned functions, tasks, powers and domains
must strengthen dialogue and work directly with enterprises and investors on a
monthly basis to listen to difficulties and obstacles for promptly handling and
solving; at the same time, willingly and actively listen to comments and feedbacks
of businesses and investors about the investment environment, mechanisms and
policies that need to be removed or amended to create favorable conditions for
businesses, investors in understanding the mechanisms and policies for
investment attraction in the province. The departments, agencies and localities
shall report, advise and propose the Provincial People's Committee to consider
and settle the contents or recommendations beyond their competence according to
the provisions of law.
