According to a legend, Thay Thim (Mister and Mistress) Palace in Ham Tan District was built to worship a couple who treated the local patients with magic tricks. Every year, on the 15th – 16th of lunar September, the local people organize a festival at the Thay-Thim Palace and celebrate this couple’s death anniversary.
