Phong Bridge over the Ca Ty Rivers was inaugurated in
December 2002. Formerly the Ca Ty River was called Phan
River. When Phan Thiet provincial town was established,
it was changed, it was changed into Ca Ty River. Ca Ty
River runs to the sea. Going upstream you meet the Muong
Man River.
