The Management Board of Binh Thuan Industrial Zones
is a state direct/y management organ of the industrial parks in Binh Thuan
province; managed by the Ministries, relevant Ministerial - level agencies,
Governmental authorities and the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province with
following functions and tasks:
* Being an advising
body of the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province about the policy and
planning of Industrial zones development in Binh Thuan province.
* Making and managing
detailed planning, construction and development progress of Industrial zones.
* Receiving
registering application. Files of investment projects and evaluating projects.
* Issuing, adjusting
and revoking Investment License, document of approved investment for projects by
domestic and foreign capital as authorized or submitting to concerned
authorities, supervising and inspecting enterprises in executing.
* Checking and
inspecting enterprises in carrying out their Investment Licenses. the provision
of low on labor and salary. Managing service activities in Industrial zones.
* Issuing provisions,
reguation, professional procedures applied for each industrial park.
